Since we opened we have offered the option of gluten-free bread, which made most of our sandwiches accessible to those with gluten intolerance. But we know many people long for gluten-free versions of fish fries, deep-fried cheese curds, ramen and more. That’s why we have invested in separate equipment, spaces, and training to safely provide gluten-free options for almost all of our menu.
